For orders over €35 we offer free shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands. View our rates in the table below. All shipments are handled by Bpost and you will receive a tracking number by email.

2. Payment

You can pay easily, quickly and safely via all common online payment methods. If you are unable to pay, please contact us. contact us , we are happy to help you!

3. Returns

Does your purchase not meet your expectations? No problem, you can easily return the item. After delivery, you have 14 days to return your items to us.

How to proceed:

• Please return the product unused in the original packaging, stating your name and order number.
• After receipt and inspection of the package, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible up to a maximum of 5 days after receipt of the return to the account with which the payment was made.

4. Delivery time

Orders placed on workdays before 12:00h will be shipped the same day. If something goes wrong, we will definitely keep you informed!
