How do you measure the head?

Method 1 - Tape Measure

  • Measure the head circumference just above the eyebrows and just above the ears, the number of centimeters is the circumference of the head. Make sure the measuring tape is horizontal and snug around your head, but not too tight.
  • Read the centimeters from the measuring tape and consult the size chart.

Method 2 - Rope or Shoelace

  • Place the rope around your head, just above your eyebrows and just above your ears. Make sure the rope is horizontal and tight around your head, but not too tight.

  • Lay the rope flat and measure its length to the mark. This will give you the circumference of your head.

What size cap do I need?

With this measurement you can easily find the right size in our size chart. When in doubt, always size up. This will ensure a comfortable fit for your Awesome Sauce cap!
